Section 16.211 - Allowable Costs; Disbursement of Grant Funds(a) Allowable costs are costs that are reasonable and necessary for the proper and efficient performance and administration of the grant project, and allocable to the grant project.(b) The council disburses grant funds by reimbursing the grant recipient for allowable costs already expended.(c) The relevant NOFA published by the council may provide additional information on allowable costs by grant project and a schedule for disbursement of grant funds.34 Tex.
