(a) The Texas On-site Wastewater Treatment Research Council awards competitive grants to enhance the development of on-site treatment technology and systems that will improve the quality of and/or reduce the cost of on-site wastewater treatment.(b) Unsolicited grant applications will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.31 Tex.
