Section 69.116 - ConditionsA general permit may be authorized for an activity listed in § 69.115(a) of this title (relating to General Permits), provided that the proposed activity:
(1) will have no significant adverse effects on a natural resource of the state as set forth in Parks and Wildlife Code, § 86.004;(2) is minimal in scope and duration; and(3) will be conducted in compliance with the best management practices set forth in § 69.118 of this title (relating to Best Management Practices).31 Tex.
