Section 69.8 - Endangered and Threatened Plants(c) Scientific reclassification or change in nomenclature of taxa at any level in the taxonomic hierarchy will not, in and of itself, affect the status of a species as endangered, threatened or protected.31 Tex. Admin. Code § 69.8
