Section 61.132 - Grants Manual and Federal Procedural Guide(a) The Recreation Grants Manual contains the standards and requirements for the application, evaluation and award of all grants made under this subchapter and(b) The department is the state agency designated to cooperate with the federal government in the administration of the provisions of the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965. The federal procedural guide is designed to assist local governments in making application for federal funds, and describes the rules and regulations governing the disbursement of such funds for the Land and Water Conservation Fund Program and is adopted by reference.(c) Copies of the Recreation Grants Manual and the federal procedural guide are available at the Parks and Wildlife Department, 4200 Smith School Road, Austin, Texas 78744 and on the department's website.31 Tex.
