Section 380.45 - Confidentiality of Mediation and Final Settlement Agreement(a) Mediation conducted under this chapter is confidential in accordance with Texas Government Code, § 2009.054.(b) The confidentiality of a final settlement agreement reached by the parties as a result of the mediation is governed by Texas Government Code, Chapter 552.31 Tex. Admin. Code § 380.45
