Section 352.931 - Groundwater Sampling and Analysis Requirements(a) The commission adopts by reference 40 Code of Federal Regulations §257.93 (Groundwater sampling and analysis requirements) as amended through the April 17, 2015, issue of the Federal Register (80 FR 21301), subject to the addition in this section.(b) Changes to an approved groundwater sampling and analysis program required by this section must be approved by the executive director in accordance with § 352.131 of this title (relating to Amendments).30 Tex.
