Section 352.131 - Amendments(a) A change in a term, condition, or provision of a registration requires an amendment.(b) An application requesting an amendment of a registration issued under this chapter will be processed as a major amendment or a minor amendment in accordance with § 305.62 of this title (relating to Amendments), subject to the following exceptions: (1) § 305.69 of this title (relating to Solid Waste Permit Modification at the Request of the Permittee) does not apply to a registration issued under this chapter;(2) an amendment application will be processed under this chapter and will not be processed under Chapter 281 of this title (relating to Applications Processing); and(3) a change initiated by the executive director under § 305.62(d) of this title shall be processed as an amendment, and not as a modification.30 Tex.
