Section 350.90 - Spatial and Electronic Information(a) When required, the person shall provide accurate spatial coordinates and associated data attributes that are reported in a format approved or required by the executive director.(b) Reports required by this subchapter shall be submitted in a format, including an electronic format, and according to a schedule established by the executive director.30 Tex.
