Section 344.41 - Seal Design(a) The required seal must be:(2) not less than 1-1/2 inches in diameter.(b) The required seal must display:(1) the words "State of Texas" at the top between the knurled circles;(2) the words "Licensed Irrigator" at the bottom; and(3) the irrigator's name and license number, excluding leading zeros, horizontally in the circular field.30 Tex.
