Section 336.403 - Posting of Notices to Workers(a) Each licensee shall post current copies of the following documents: (1) the rules in this subchapter and in Subchapter D of this chapter (relating to Standards for Protection Against Radiation);(2) the license, conditions or documents incorporated into the license by reference, and amendments thereto;(3) the operating procedures applicable to licensed activities; and(4) any notice of violation involving radiological working conditions, any proposed imposition of civil penalty, or any order issued under the Texas Radiation Control Act or the rules in this chapter and any response from the licensee.(b) If posting of a document specified in subsection (a)(1)-(3) of this section is not practicable, the licensee may post a notice which describes the document and states where it may be examined.(c) Commission form "Notice to Employees" (§336.410, Appendix A of this title (relating to Notice to Employees)) shall be posted by each licensee.(d) Documents, notices, or forms posted under this section shall appear in a sufficient number of places to permit individuals engaged in work under the license to observe them on the way to or from any particular work location to which the document applies, shall be conspicuous, and shall be replaced if defaced or altered.(e) Documents posted under subsection (a)(4) of this section shall be posted within two working days after receipt of the documents from the executive director or commission. The licensee's response, if any, shall be posted within two working days after dispatch by the licensee. Those documents shall remain posted for a minimum of five working days or until action correcting the violation has been completed, whichever is later.30 Tex. Admin. Code § 336.403
