Section 336.347 - Records of Dose to Individual Members of the Public(a) Each licensee shall maintain records sufficient to demonstrate compliance with the dose limit for individual members of the public. See § 336.313 of this title (relating to Dose Limits for Individual Members of the Public).(b) The licensee shall retain the records required by subsection (a) of this section until the commission terminates each pertinent license requiring the record.30 Tex.
