Section 336.221 - Treatment or Disposal by Incineration(a) Treatment of radioactive material by incineration, except in a form and concentration specified by § 336.225 of this title (relating to Disposal of Specific Wastes), shall be subject to applicable rules of the Texas Department of Health.(b) Ash residue waste containing radioactive material shall be disposed of in accordance with § 336.211 of this title (relating to General Requirements for Radioactive Material Waste Disposal).30 Tex.
