Section 335.701 - Purpose and Applicability(a) The purpose of this subchapter is to establish minimum standards for the management of hazardous secondary materials excluded under 40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) §261.4(a)(23), (24), and (27) (Exclusions).(b) This subchapter applies to persons managing hazardous secondary materials excluded under 40 CFR § 261.4(a)(23), (24), and (27).30 Tex.
