Section 335.472 - Pollutants and ContaminantsThe following pollutants and contaminants are subject to pollution prevention planning:
(1) all hazardous wastes generated that are reportable in accordance with § 335.9 of this title (relating to Recordkeeping and Annual Reporting Procedures Applicable to Generators); and(2) all chemicals that exceed the Form R threshold reporting requirements in accordance with Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act of 1986, §313.30 Tex. Admin. Code § 335.472
