Section 334.316 - Formal Petition(a) The applicant shall file the petition with the chief clerk in the manner prescribed generally by this title for filing petitions with the commission and he shall serve a copy of the petition on the executive director.(b) The petition shall set forth the relief which the applicant requests and shall contain the same information required for the protest, as prescribed in of § 334.315(b) of this title (relating to Protest of Fund Payment Report).30 Tex.
