Section 334.307 - Technical Information Required(a) The following information may be required by the agency as part of any application for reimbursement under this subchapter: (1) any information which the agency may require under Subchapter D of this chapter (relating to Release Reporting and Corrective Action);(2) a detailed account of what corrective action has been taken, why specific actions were taken, when, by whom, and with what results;(3) an estimate of what other corrective action measures may be required to remediate the facility and the estimated time required to complete such measures.(b) The agency may require the applicant to supplement information already submitted, or may return the application if the information is not sufficient to allow for proper application review.30 Tex.
