Section 318.21 - Applicability This subchapter applies to:
(1) applications to discharge treated marine seawater from a marine seawater desalination project; and (2) applications for a consolidated permit to discharge treated marine seawater and off-shore discharges.30 Tex. Admin. Code § 318.21
