Section 299.33 - Operation and Maintenance(a) The owner shall develop operation and maintenance procedures as described in § 299.43 of this title (relating to Operation and Maintenance) for all proposed dams before completion of construction.(b) If applicable, the owner shall provide the date that the owner will turn over the operation and maintenance of the dam to a property owner association, homeowner association, or other designated group and the new contact information in writing to the executive director.30 Tex.
