Section 25.18 - Environmental Testing Laboratory Assessments(a) Environmental testing laboratory assessments shall be conducted: (1) before accreditation is granted, except as provided in § 25.14 of this title (relating to Term of Accreditation); and(2) at least every two years after an environmental testing laboratory receives accreditation.(b) Assessments may be announced or unannounced.30 Tex.
