Section 230.5 - Proposed Subdivision InformationAt a minimum, the following information pertaining to the proposed subdivision shall be provided as specified in § 230.3(c) of this title (relating to Certification of Groundwater Availability for Platting):
(1) the purpose of the proposed subdivision, for example, single family residential, multi-family residential, non-residential, commercial, or industrial;(2) the size of the proposed subdivision in acres;(3) the number of proposed lots within the proposed subdivision;(4) the average size (in acres) of the proposed lots in the proposed subdivision;(5) the anticipated method of water distribution to the proposed lots in the proposed subdivision including, but not limited to:(A) an expansion of an existing public water supply system to serve the proposed subdivision (if groundwater under the subdivision is to be the source of water supply);(B) a new public water supply system for the proposed subdivision;(C) individual water wells to serve individual lots; or(D) a combination of methods;(6) if the anticipated method of water distribution for the proposed subdivision is from an expansion of an existing public water supply system or from a proposed public water supply system, evidence required under § 290.39(c)(1) of this title (relating to Rules and Regulations for Public Water Systems) which shall be provided demonstrating that written application for service was made to the existing water providers within a 1/2-mile radius of the subdivision; and(7) any additional information required by the municipal or county authority as part of the plat application.30 Tex.
