Section 42.5 - Applicability and Scope of Rules(a) General. These sections govern all providers of health care services and supplies covered under the Texas Workers' Compensation Act (the Act).(b) Out-of-state providers. Out-of-state providers of health care services and supplies covered under the Act are governed by these sections.(c) Effective date.
