Section 5.8003 - Written Petitions

In reviewing a petition under the Insurance Code, Article 5.96 or Article 5.97, the State Board of Insurance may require a written description of the matters and information required by Article 5.96, §(b), or Article 5.97, §(b), apart from the text of the matter proposed.
