The insurer shall maintain the capability of providing loss control information to policyholders and may employ various methods of providing such information. Among these are computer products, such as loss summaries and analyses; printed matter, such as brochures and posters; audio-visual material, such as videotapes, films, and slide presentations; training programs for initial and continuing driver education, accident prevention techniques, etc.; and the knowledge and expertise of qualified loss control representatives.
