Section 33.206 - Hearing on Application

Following review of the application by the commissioner or the commissioner's designee, a hearing shall be held in accordance with the Government Code, Chapter 2001, Administrative Procedure Act, for the commissioner to make the determinations required under Health and Safety Code, § 246.022.
