Section 33.201 - Scope

This subchapter establishes the procedure for application for certificate of authority under the Health and Safety Code, § 246.022. Providers owning or controlling more than one facility shall treat each facility as separate and distinct in form and substance and shall apply for a separate certificate of authority for each.
