Section 3.3836 - Standards for Policy Certificates Submitted for ApprovalA certificate issued pursuant to a group long-term care insurance policy, which certificate is delivered or issued for delivery in this state, shall include:
(1) a description of the principal benefits and coverage provided in the policy;(2) a statement of the principal exclusions, reductions, and limitations contained in the policy;(3) a statement that the group master policy determines governing contractual provisions; and(4) an outline of coverage as provided for in § 3.3832 of this title (relating to Outline of Coverage) and § 3.3833 of this title (relating to Group Certificates; Outline of Coverage Required).28 Tex.
