Section 19.1904 - Application(a) Application for more than one specialty license authority. A first time applicant may seek licensure for more than one specialty license authority on the same specialty license application. A $50 fee per specialty license authority must accompany the application.(b) Assumed name or trade name. An applicant desiring to use an assumed name in the conduct of an insurance business under a specialty insurance license shall be subject to the requirements of § 19.902 of this title (relating to One Agent, One License) except that a separate filing with the department shall not be required for an applicant who conducts business under a single assumed name and registers that name with the department on the applicant's original specialty license application. No applicant for or holder of a specialty license shall be required to file multiple registrations with the department for a previously registered assumed name as a result of seeking more than one specialty license authority.(c) Forms.
