Section 749.3635 - What is a "major life change in the adoptive family"?A major life change in the adoptive family includes:
(1) Marriage, divorce, separation, death, birth, adoption, or any other change in household composition; or(2) A serious health problem that affects the ability of the adoptive parent to care for children.26 Tex. Admin. Code § 749.3635
