Section 749.2825 - How do I take a foster home off inactive status?When the home is ready to become active and accept children, you must:
(1) Make a supervisory contact in the home prior to placing a child in the home;(2) Document that the home is complying with all applicable rules of this chapter; and(3) Ensure that the home is in compliance with all background check requirements.26 Tex. Admin. Code § 749.2825
