Section 748.3607 - What are the requirements for a hot tub?A hot tub must be:
(1) Enclosed per the requirements in § 748.3603 of Title 40 (relating to What are the additional requirements for a swimming pool located at my operation?); or(2) Covered with a locking cover when not in use.26 Tex. Admin. Code § 748.3607
