Section 748.2909 - What if there are four triggered reviews within a 90-day period?If there are four triggered reviews within a 90-day period:
(1) A licensed psychiatrist, psychologist, clinical social worker, professional counselor, or marriage and family therapist must examine the child; and(2) The licensed professional must make service plan recommendations regarding the use of emergency behavior interventions.
