Section 747.3406 - When may a child who was ill return to my child-care home?A child who was ill may return to your child-care home when:
(1) The child is free of symptoms of illness for 24 hours; or(2) You have obtained a health-care professional's written statement that the child no longer has an excludable disease or condition.26 Tex. Admin. Code § 747.3406
