Section 747.2501 - What are the basic requirements for pre-kindergarten age children?Basic care for pre-kindergarten age children must include:
(1) Routines such as diapering or toileting, eating, napping or resting, indoor activity times, and outdoor activity times;(2) Individual attention given to each pre-kindergarten age child; and(3) Interactions that encourage a child to communicate and express feelings in appropriate ways.26 Tex.
