Section 747.2324 - Where must an infant sleep?An infant must sleep:
(1) In a designated crib, cot, bed, or mat as required by § 747.2305 of this subchapter (relating to What furnishings and equipment must I have available for infants?); and(2) In an area where the caregiver has auditory or visual awareness of the infant.26 Tex. Admin. Code § 747.2324
