Section 745.9011 - What happens if I do not renew my administrator's license?(a) If you fail to renew your administrator's license before the expiration date of the license, you must cease acting as or representing yourself as a licensed administrator.(b) If you do not renew your administrator's license within one year after its expiration date, the license is considered lapsed and is no longer eligible for renewal.(c) If you would like to be a licensed administrator after your license has lapsed, you must reapply as if you had never been licensed. You must return the expired license certificate to us before we can accept a new application from you.26 Tex. Admin. Code § 745.9011
