Section 745.8997 - How do I request renewal of my administrator's license ?To request an administrator's license renewal, you must send us:
(1) Evidence that you have completed 15 clock hours of continuing education each year during the two-year period before renewal;(2) A completed renewal form;(4) A completed background check form and fee.26 Tex. Admin. Code § 745.8997
