Section 745.8853 - What action must the Texas Health and Human Services Commission take after the final decision in a due process hearing?

After there is a final decision in a due process hearing, including the results of a subsequent appeal, the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) must take the action described in the following chart:
