Section 745.8635 - What requirements must I meet during a voluntary plan of action? You must:
(1) Correct the deficiencies and reduce risk through your compliance with the plan of action; and (2) Maintain compliance with all other minimum standards, rules, and statutes.26 Tex. Admin. Code § 745.8635
