Section 745.8601 - What happens if I am deficient in a minimum standard, rule, statute , specific term of my permit, or condition of probation?If you are deficient in a minimum standard, rule, statute , specific term of your permit, or a condition of probation, we may take one or both of the following actions:
(1) Offer technical assistance; or(2) Recommend or impose an enforcement action against your permit.26 Tex. Admin. Code § 745.8601
