Section 745.4201 - May I take possession of a child from a law enforcement officer?You may take possession of a child directly from a law enforcement officer if you are:
(1) A general residential operation licensed to provide emergency care services ; or(2) A licensed child-placing agency that we have authorized to take possession of children from a law enforcement officer.26 Tex. Admin. Code § 745.4201
