Section 745.683 - When may the subject of a background check request a risk evaluation?After an operation has submitted a request for a background check, the subject of a background check may request a risk evaluation when the CBCU has provided the subject with written notice that the subject is eligible for a risk evaluation for a criminal conviction, child abuse or neglect finding, or crime for which the subject has been arrested or charged.
