Section 745.623 - How does the subject of a background check submit fingerprints for a fingerprint-based criminal history check?After you submit a request for an initial or renewal background check to the CBCU for a person required to have a fingerprint-based criminal history check, the CBCU will send the subject of the background check a notification with information on how to schedule an appointment to submit fingerprints with the DPS approved fingerprinting vendor.
