Section 745.323 - What if Licensing exceeds its timeframes for processing my application?You may file a complaint with the Associate Commissioner for Child Care Regulation . The Associate Commissioner will resolve the dispute in a timely manner. We must reimburse you for your application fee if we do not establish good cause for exceeding the time limit.
