Section 745.493 - Who does this division apply to?This division applies to an applicant for a general residential operation or child-placing agency license that demonstrates an intent to obtain a contract with:
(1) the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) to provide care to children in the conservatorship of DFPS; or(2) a single source continuum contractor that contracts with DFPS to provide community-based care as described in Subchapter B-1, Chapter 264, Texas Family Code.26 Tex.
