Section 745.101 - What words must I know to understand this subchapter?These words have the following meanings:
(1) Nearby--A person is in the same building, across the street from, or in the same city block as the operation. (2) Three consecutive weeks--A 21-day time period that includes the first and last days that a program operates and all of the days in between, regardless of whether the program operates on a particular day. 26 Tex.
