Section 744.1501 - What is child/caregiver ratio?(a) The child/caregiver ratio is the maximum number of children one caregiver can be responsible for.(b) Each child must have a caregiver who is responsible for the child and who is aware of details of the child's habits, interests, and any special needs.26 Tex.
