Section 567.25 - Application Fees(a) All application fees shall be paid to the Texas Health and Human Services Commission and are nonrefundable.(b) The fee for a Certificate of Public Advantage application is $75,000 and must be submitted with the application.26 Tex. Admin. Code § 567.25
