Section 553.353 - What enforcement actions may HHSC take?HHSC may:
(2) order immediate closing of all or part of the facility;(4) refer the violation to the Office of the Attorney General for involuntary appointment of a trustee, injunction, or for the assessment of civil penalties; or(5) assess administrative penalties.26 Tex. Admin. Code § 553.353
