Section 550.501 - Basic Services(a) A center must ensure the provision of all basic services based on the needs of a minor and a minor's family in accordance with the plan of care.(b) A minor's parent is not required to accompany the minor when the minor receives services in the center, including therapeutic services provided in the center but billed separately.26 Tex.
